LIAISONING
To protect Fire prevention, NOC is issued by the Indian Fire Department. The NOC is issued after verifying and examining the premise’s fire assistance and the mechanism used for fire safety. The process used shall meet all the fire safety standards and guidelines issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards.
Once the inspection is done and the authority finds that the standards used are as per the expectation, it issues a NOC for the building (Commercial or Residential) of the Applicant. The NOC is issued by the respective state ‘Fire Service Department’ which performs a similar function.
Taking provisional N.O.C from the respective fire department.
Taking necessary final NOC & Certificate from respective Chief Fire Officer.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) is a type of legal certificate issued by any agency, organization, institute or in certain cases, an individual, that does not object to the covenants of the certificate.
By meeting certain guidelines laid down by the fire department, an applicant can obtain NOC for his residential/ commercial building. We also supervise the execution of necessary works at the site as per fire department requirements.
The fire department issues a provisional certificate of NOC and a final NOC for fire. This will specify fire prevention and protection requirements based on the classification of buildings, the height of buildings, the risk of exposure, etc.
